What's being built around Centennial Hills?

Centennial Hills is largely built out, but a handful of remaining parcels near Elkhorn Road are now under construction — mostly single-family infill on lots that sat vacant for years.
Unlike newer master-planned areas, this is small-scale development: a dozen homes here, a few dozen there, rather than an entirely new community.
It's a sign of just how limited raw land has become in this part of the northwest, which is part of why established Centennial Hills homes have held value so consistently.
What This Means for Homeowners
Limited new supply in an established area usually means existing homes face less competition from brand-new inventory — one reason resale here tends to hold price better than in newer-build areas.
